Throughout her career as a parent educator, we have studied the elements in a baby’s life that impacts sleep. Optimal sleep, and all that accompanies it, requires far more than simply choosing a “sleep training” method. The myriad of influences that impact sleep success is what drives the unique “Babies to Sleep” ™ system. Based on our years of investigation, we have developed an integrated approach which looks at the whole baby and all that occurs in each 24-hour cycle. Armed with data that supports optimizing the many needs of the baby we then implement a sleep coaching strategy sure to yield success.

Our strategies take into consideration not only the needs of the child, but the needs and desires of the clients to approach the sleep process in a way that is in keeping with their own parenting philosophies.
